St. Jean Church (Aziz Jean Kilisesi)
St. Jean Church (Aziz Jean Kilisesi) is one of the most important rock-cut churches in Gülşehir and among the finest examples of Byzantine religious art in Cappadocia. Dating to the late 13th century, the church is renowned for its exceptionally well-preserved frescoes, which cover nearly every wall and ceiling with vivid biblical scenes.
