Booking Conditions
All bookings made with Kismet Göreme Travel are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
1. Your Contract
Your contract is with Kismet Göreme Turizm Seyahat Acentası (TÜRSAB No: 18701).
When a booking is made, the “lead name” confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.
A binding agreement is formed when your booking is confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or invoice).
All persons included in the booking are subject to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Kismet Göreme Travel operates as:
A direct service provider
An intermediary working with selected local partners
Some services (such as hot air balloon flights, ATV tours, horse riding, and certain excursions) are provided by third-party suppliers.
In such cases, the contract for the service is between the guest and the supplier.
3. Website Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that all information, pricing, and details on our website are accurate.
However, errors may occur. Guests are responsible for confirming all details at the time of booking.
4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you:
Hold a valid passport
Obtain required visas
Meet all entry requirements
We accept no liability if entry is denied due to missing or incorrect documentation.
5. Health Requirements
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in activities.
Certain activities may have restrictions based on:
Age
Health conditions
Pregnancy
Participation is at your own risk.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical issues
Cancellations
Activity-related risks
We are not responsible for uninsured losses.
7. Booking & Payment

Face-to-face
Payment conditions:
Some services require advance details (passport info, names, etc.)
Many services are paid on-site (cash or card)
Prices vary depending on season, demand, and availability
We reserve the right to adjust prices before confirmation.
8. Pricing & Changes
Prices may change due to:
Supplier price updates
Seasonal demand
Operational factors
Once confirmed, prices are fixed unless affected by extraordinary circumstances.
9. If You Change Your Booking
Any changes must be requested by the lead name.
Subject to availability
Additional costs may apply
Some services cannot be changed after confirmation
10. If You Cancel Your Booking
Cancellation policies vary by service:
Hot Air Balloon Flights
Fully dependent on weather conditions
If cancelled → full refund or no charge
Tours & Activities
Free cancellation usually up to 24 hours before
Late cancellations / no-shows may be charged up to 100%
Supplier-specific conditions may apply.
11. If We Change or Cancel Your Booking
We reserve the right to:
Modify itineraries
Change service providers
Cancel bookings
Reasons may include:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Operational requirements
In such cases, we will:
Offer alternatives, or
Provide a refund where applicable
No compensation is provided in force majeure situations.
12. Liability
We act with reasonable care in organizing services and selecting partners.
However, we are not responsible for:
Third-party service providers
Delays or cancellations
Accidents or injuries
Events beyond our control (force majeure)
All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
13. Behaviour
Guests must behave responsibly.
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:
Behaviour is disruptive
Safety is compromised
Damage is caused
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss.
14. Complaints
If you experience a problem:
Inform us immediately (WhatsApp or in person)
Allow us the opportunity to resolve it on-site
Late complaints may affect your rights.
15. Data Protection
